History of FBW

We have created this organization to help the people of New York City develop skills that will change their lives. Society is ever so changing and is filled with opportunities for its people. But those opportunities are yet to be filled because of small inconveniences. We have created this organization to help people reach their goals by educating them about society's current needs, such as the use of computers and digital operations, and fluency in the English Language. We strongly believe our organization will pave the way for the people to achieve their American Dreams!

However, because of the financial restrictions, some of the students couldn’t continue after attending the free trial classes. FBW not only represents RS Technology but also includes larger and wider problems around the world. We believe our organization will work towards the improvement of society by improving the lives of the people.

This vision of ours started during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Pandemic forced everyone to stay in their homes for extensive periods of time. Changed the society to be digital. Everything changed, from how we educate our children to how we socialize with others. This change was sudden and rocked millions around the world. After seeing this, I started RS Technology, which has educated individuals on how to communicate and do everyday tasks virtually on a computer. I have created a Basic Computer course, as well as an English Language course for people, who are struggling to cope with these sudden changes.

I started my career as a Computer Instructor at Rabbani Computer in 1994, spreading my expertise to Dhaka Holy Cross and Dhaka Shaheen College, introducing the world of Computer Technology. Back then, I recognized the vital role computers would play in the future—a belief that still guides me today.

My journey led me from a QA Automation Engineer, my employer was “Kforce Technology” and end client FedEx in PA.

Despite challenges, my dedication to community development led me to offer free courses through major community organizations, though the feedback wasn’t as positive as I hoped. Undeterred, I’m unwavering in my commitment to empowering individuals and communities.

As the President & CEO, MD Abdus Sobhan, I lead our organization with a steadfast commitment to making a positive impact on the world. Fueled by a passion for humanitarian efforts and a vision for a brighter future, I aim to inspire change and foster hope globally through Foundation for Better World mission.
